Terms of Service for Zenboard

Welcome to zenboard.biz (referred to as “zenboard”). These terms govern your access to our spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs and directors.

1. Eligibility

By enrolling in any offering through zenboard, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and possess full authority to agree to these terms.

2. Services

Our live mentoring sessions, workshops, and retreats (“Services”) are designed to foster clarity, resilience, and mindful leadership. Each session is tailored for the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs and directors.

3. Digital Products

Our online modules, guided meditations, and e-guides (“Digital Products”) provide self-paced instruction accessible through our secure platform.

4. Physical Goods

We offer curated books, journals, and meditation aids (“Goods”) which are shipped to the address you provide at purchase.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Services

To request a refund, you must notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled session for a full reimbursement. Notifications between 7 and 13 days before will receive a 50% reimbursement. Notifications made fewer than 7 days before the session are not eligible for reimbursement, due to venue arrangements and personalized planning. However, you may transfer your enrollment to another available session within six months at no additional cost. Seats and facilitator attention are reserved in advance, and late cancellations prevent other participants from joining.

5.2 Digital Products

Full reimbursement for Digital Products is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the first module. After accessing additional modules or after 14 days, you are not eligible for reimbursement, as content is immediately accessible upon purchase.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may request a reimbursement within 30 days of shipment by sending the item back in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs for sending the item back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by zenboard, including materials for Services, Digital Products, and Goods, are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zenboard and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from your participation in our offerings. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering in question.
